To ensure contribution to the work of the Audio-visual Observatory which is thought to be formed within the IBRAF in compliance with the decision was given by 11th OIC Islamic Conference of Information Ministers (ICIM), on behalf of IBRAF, IBRAF Secretary General Assoc. Dr. Hamit ERSOY and his delegation participated in 58th meeting of the Executive Council of the European Audio-visual Observatory which was held in Strasbourg, France on 3rd of November, 2017.
